ORDERING BEEF IN BULK
Buying beef in half, whole OR quarter increments represents wholesale pricing and is the best value offered to stock your freezer, without paying retail costs. When you place your order, we will provide you with an approximate date for your beef to be humanly harvested.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve your portion. Your deposit will be deducted from your total invoice. Typically it should take up to 4-5 weeks from the time you submit your deposit to the time of pickup.
When deposit is paid, we will email you a custom cut sheet and give you a call to get instructions for how you want your beef cut. We want you satisfied and utilizing the best cuts for your family - we are more than happy to help you select those!
At the USDA processors, the beef will dry age to perfect for 10-14 days in a climate controlled freezer. The beef is then cut, vacuum sealed, and flash-frozen. Your order will be ready for pickup 3-4 weeks after the date the steer went to processors.
